Author Ethical Responsbilities 

1. The manuscript that has been submitted to more than one journal for simultaneous consideration will not be accepted.
2. The authors must adhere to the objectives of the journal.
3. The authors must ensure that they have written the original works entirely.
4. The authors must properly acknowledge the data, text, figures, and ideas originated in other works and should not present them as if they were the authors’ own.
5. The authors must adhere to requirements of reference style and ensure that every reference accurately appears in the list of reference.
6. The authors must adhere to the format requirements of the journal.
7. The authors, whose name appear on the submission, must truly contribute to their works.
8. Each author must individually declare all funding sources and relevant conflicts of interest received for the research submitted to the editorial board.
9. In the reference list, the authors should not copy references from other publication if they have not read the cited work. Also, the primary literature should be properly acknowledged and referenced.
10. The author should use acknowledgement with appropriate permission.
11. The authors must present their works, especially the results, honestly without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data munipulation.  
12. The authors are requested for the appropriate disclosures and declarations if their research involves human participants and animals having an impact on their right, prestige, safety, and health. Hence, they must receive approval from the appropriate ethics committee for research involving humans and/or animals. However, the final decision of publication depends upon the editorial board.

Editor Roles and Responsibility

1. The editors are responsible for evaluating all manuscripts considered for publication to make certain that each manuscript has not been previously published.
2. The editors must protect the identity of every author and reviewer.
3. The editors are responsible for considering the manuscripts with accurate research methodology and findings. Decisions on publication are based on research reliability.
4. The editors should not have any conflict of interest with the authors and the reviewers.   
5. The editors must detect and respond to plagialism seriously.
6. If a manuscript contains plagiarized materails, falsified or manipulated data, the editors must withhold the review process and immediately contact the corresponding author to provide transparency on his/her work berfore acceptance or rejection for publication.
7. In case of plagiariam and falsification, the editors are able to reject the manuscripts without asking the authors for permission even if the authors do not accept that their works are plagiarized and falsified.

Reviewer Roles and Responsibilities

1. The reviewers must respect the confidentiality of every author’s work. All materials under the review process are not allowed to be shared or discussed with anyone who are not involved in the review process.
2. After receiving every manuscript for review, the reviewers should inform the ediotrs and decline the review if they have conflict of interest with the authors involved in the research for any reasons that they are unable to make a recommendation for manuscript.
3. The reviewers must be the experts in the areas of the manuscripts and they must identify significance and releveance of the manuscripts that has not been cited by the authors.

บทบาทและหน้าที่ของผู้เขียนบทความ (Author Ethical Responsibilities)

1. บทความที่จะได้รับการพิจารณาลงตีพิมพ์จะต้องเป็นบทความที่ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์ที่ใดมาก่อนและไม่ส่งต้นฉบับบทความซ้ำซ้อนกับวารสารอื่น
2. เนื้อหาของบทความจะต้องเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของวารสาร
3. บทความต้องไม่คัดลอกผลงานของผู้อื่น
4. ผู้เขียนต้องอ้างอิงผลงานของผู้อื่น หากมีการนำผลงานเหล่านั้นมาใช้ในบทความของตัวเอง เช่น ภาพ ตาราง เป็นต้น
5. ผู้เขียนต้องตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการเอกสารอ้างอิง ทั้งในแง่ของรูปแบบและเนื้อหา
6. ผู้เขียนบทความจะต้องปรับบทความตามรูปแบบและขนาดตัวอักษรตามแบบฟอร์ม (template) ของวารสาร
7. ผู้เขียนที่มีชื่อปรากฏในบทความทุกคน ต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนในการดำเนินการบทความจริง
8. ผู้เขียนต้องระบุแหล่งทุนที่สนับสนุนในการทำวิจัยนี้ และ/หรือมีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนจะต้องระบุในบทความ และแจ้งให้บรรณาธิการทราบ
9. ผู้เขียนไม่ควรนำเอกสารวิชาการที่ไม่ได้อ่านมาอ้างอิง หรือใส่ไว้ในเอกสารอ้างอิง และควรอ้างอิงเอกสารเท่าที่จำเป็นอย่างเหมาะสม ไม่ควรอ้างอิงเอกสารที่มากจนเกินไป
10. การกล่าวขอบคุณผู้มีส่วนช่วยเหลือในกิตติกรรมประกาศนั้น หากสามารถทำได้ผู้เขียนบทความควรขออนุญาตจากผู้ที่ผู้เขียนประสงค์จะขอบคุณเสียก่อน
11. ในบทความผู้เขียนจะต้องไม่รายงานข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อนจากความเป็นจริง  ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการสร้างข้อมูลเท็จ หรือการปลอมแปลง บิดเบือน รวมไปถึงการตกแต่ง หรือ เลือกแสดงข้อมูลเฉพาะที่สอดคล้องกับข้อสรุป
12. กรณีที่ผลงานเป็นการศึกษาวิจัยและทำการทดลองในคนหรือสัตว์ทดลอง โดยการทดลองในคนอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อศักดิ์ศรี สิทธิ ความปลอดภัย และสุขภาวะของคน ขอให้แนบหนังสือรับรองจริยธรรมจากคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมการวิจัยในมนุษย์หรือสัตว์ทดลอง ทั้งนี้ การอนุมัติให้ลงตีพิมพ์ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจารณาจากกองบรรณาธิการวารสารฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

บทบาทและหน้าที่ของบรรณาธิการวารสาร (Editor Roles and Responsibility)

1. บรรณาธิการมีหน้าที่พิจารณาคุณภาพของบทความ เพื่อตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารที่ตนรับผิดชอบ และไม่ตีพิมพ์บทความที่เคยตีพิมพ์ที่อื่นมาแล้ว
2. บรรณาธิการต้องไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลของผู้เขียน และผู้ประเมินบทความแก่บุคคลอื่นๆ
3. บรรณาธิการมีหน้าที่พิจารณาตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยที่มีระเบียบวิธีวิจัยที่ถูกต้อง และให้ผลที่น่าเชื่อถือ โดยนำผลของการวิจัยมาเป็นตัวชี้นำว่า สมควรตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่หรือไม่
4. บรรณาธิการต้องไม่มีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนกับผู้เขียนและผู้ประเมิน
5. บรรณาธิการต้องมีการตรวจสอบบทความในด้านการคัดลอกผลงานผู้อื่น (Plagiarism) อย่างจริงจัง
6. เมื่อบรรณาธิการตรวจพบการคัดลอกผลงานของผู้อื่น จะต้องระงับการประเมินและติดต่อผู้เขียน เพื่อพิจารณาตอบรับหรือปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์การตีพิมพ์
7. หากบรรณาธิการตรวจพบว่า บทความมีการลอกเลียนบทความอื่นโดยมิชอบ หรือมีการปลอมแปลงข้อมูล ซึ่งสมควรถูกถอดถอน แต่ผู้เขียนปฏิเสธที่จะถอนบทความ บรรณาธิการสามารถดำเนินการถอนบทความได้โดยไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้เขียน ซึ่งถือเป็นสิทธิและความรับผิดชอบต่อบทความของบรรณาธิการ

บทบาทและหน้าที่ของผู้ประเมินบทความ (Reviewer Roles and Responsibilities)

1. ผู้ประเมินบทความต้องไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลในบทความแก่บุคคลอื่นๆ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องในช่วงระยะเวลาของการประเมินบทความ
2. หากผู้ประเมินบทความมีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนกับผู้เขียนผู้ประเมินบทความจะต้องแจ้งให้บรรณาธิการวารสารทราบและปฏิเสธการประเมินบทความนั้นๆ
3. ผู้ประเมินบทความควรรับประเมินบทความเฉพาะสาขาวิชาที่ตนมีความเชี่ยวชาญ และหากมีส่วนใดของบทความที่มีความเหมือนกัน หรือซ้ำซ้อนกับผลงานชิ้นอื่นๆ ผู้ประเมินบทความต้องแจ้งให้บรรณาธิการทราบ
